As part of our standard implementation process, you are provided with 40 hours of system set-up and training on DIMS. The standard package includes the following:

Data Entry:
We assist you in developing and entering into DIMS your Incident Command Team structures for your identified
vulnerabilities.

Training Classes:
To ensure your staff members know how to effectively use DIMS, we provide onsite and online training classes.

Field Support:
DisastersNet, Inc. field representatives will assist you with your first training exercise to help facilitate, observe and provide professional feedback.

To remain its most effective and efficient, an emergency management system will need improvements and upgrades along the way to address the latest regulatory standards and customer needs. Making sure you have the most innovative and effective system for managing disasters is our mission. Upgrades to improve the system are provided at no additional charge to our customers.
