Implementation Specialist

DisastersNet, Inc. develops and implements fully automated, web-based emergency management systems for hospital environments and other industries, for use in real-time emergencies or during required training exercises.

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for working with clients to collect appropriate data, configuring the system for the client’s organization, scheduling and conducting training sessions as well as providing post-implementation customer support.

The Implementation Specialist is expected to have full knowledge of the Disaster Incident Management System (DIMS) and provide support to clients. This includes but is not limited to tracking the status of clients, working with Account Managers, updating Admin/User Manuals, updating Help Screens, developing internal documentation, conducting QA testing and providing support for trade shows.

Responsibilities:
  • Uses basic project management skills to ensure client facing goals and timelines are met
  • Acts as Implementation Manager for assigned accounts, leading customers through setup and customization
  • Provides consulting and coaching during client configuration
  • Documents processes and procedures
  • Prepares and provides weekly status reports
  • Acts as SME and first level technical troubleshooter
  • Interacts with Account Managers and Technical Support to resolve client issues
  • Use GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar for implementation and training
  • Ensures "Above and Beyond" support is delivered to each client and that the level of customer service they expect is delivered
Requirements:

Successful candidates will be dedicated, have a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates must be self-starters who possess excellent skills in time management, problem solving and communication. The perfect candidate will be results driven, have an enthusiasm to take on new challenges and have experience in Incident Command. Must have experience training in person and via webinar, should have experience using GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar.

DIMS Sales Professional

Are you a sales person who can sell intangibles? Do you have experience selling at the C suite level? Do you have an entrepreneurial mind set? If you can honestly answer "YES" to all of these questions then consider applying for our Account Executive / Outside Sales position.

DisastersNet, Inc. develops and implements fully automated, web-based emergency management systems for hospital environments and other industries, for use in real-time emergencies or during training exercises.

DIMS is an emergency management system that allows hospitals and other industries to conduct training exercises and manage real-time emergencies using Version IV Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) or a customized Incident Command System designed specifically to meet the needs of your organization.

DIMS Sales Professionals are expected to possess a high level of product, competitive, customer and territory knowledge, as well as an entrepreneurial drive and spirit to expand, grow and own their business. They will deliver sales calls that consist of pre-call planning, driving brand messaging, and closing.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of outside sales experience and the majority of that sales experience should be selling directly to the C suite level. They should be recognized as someone who has strong business acumen as demonstrated by the ability to put in place and execute local business plans specific to the needs of their customers. The candidate is someone who is comfortable with Salesforce.com, has strong analytical skills and embraces technological change. The candidate should have the ability to balance between entrepreneurial mind set and the ability to follow a system.

Expectations:
  • Responsible for driving results by identifying key opportunities and developing strategic plans to enhance and grow territory business.
  • Owns business opportunities within respective geographic area, which includes coordination and calling upon hospitals, institutions, and other key targets to drive overall results.
  • Establish relationships and provide customers with the highest standard of customer service through follow up contact and consultation after the sale to protect and grow market share in assigned territory.
  • Contact cold and warm prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in person contacts to obtain appointments for sales meetings, prepare presentations and proposals.
  • Works collaboratively and coordinates with all departments to ensure are generated and are processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Close sales, gather all detailed information, and develop a sales plan for the account
Requirements:
  • History of success (prior sales experience)
